The Instructors

• Genevieve A. Chornenki has organized and conducted hundreds of dispute resolution courses and seminars. She performs mediation, arbitration and other forms of third-party intervention and designs customized approaches to conflict.

• Mary T. Satterfield has taught both basic and advanced mediation since 1989. Her training is both social work and law, which has been directed to mediation and arbitration of more than 500 disputes over the past 15 years.
